Project-based CSR for Retail Account

Overview
Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service to our US-based clients by addressing inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through multi-channels (call, email, and chat)
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject)
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
- Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
- Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
- Must be willing to work in Makati
- Must be amenable to work as a project-based employee
Skills Required
- Excellent oral and written communication for personalized interaction
- Must exhibit active listening
- Must have keen attention to details
- Must have good conversational skills
- Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to arrive at decisions independently and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information

- Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
- Ability to probe effectively
- Ability to sell using consultative sales approach or suggestive pitches on customer purchases
