Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back/failed subject)
- Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
- Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
- at least 6 months call center experience is required
Skills Required
- Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
- Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
- Ability to probe effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting
- Must exhibit active listening
- Must have good conversational skills
- Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
- Must have keen attention to details
